Products sold are not refundable, products may only be exchangeable if the product received is not the one ordered or the product has manufacturing defects. Please refer to the following:
Defective, Damaged or Wrongly Delivered Goods
If the products are found to have defective, damaged in shipment, or we have sent you the wrong products, you need to immediately notify us within 7-days after home delivery. If you fail to announce your damaged merchandise within 7-days, we won’t be responsible for any damages and cannot assure any replacements.
You can email us pictures, screenshots or even videos of the incorrect products, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we agreed to exchange the products, you should return in the original packages, where all accessories should be included. The shipping charge for returning the defective / damaged / wrong delivered products will be born by us.
When we receive the returned products completely with all accessories, we will exchange the product in 6-10 days.
Customers are required to provide the following details in order for a product exchange:
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Delivery Address
- Order Number
- Bank Account (To pay you back the return shipping charge)
